SAHRA offers a
six-week preparation and study session for anyone interested in
obtaining the California Certification designation. The SHRM CA
Learning System is primarily used throughout the six weeks and is
based on the following functional areas of the California
certification exam: Compensation and Benefits; Health Safety and
Security, Leave of Absence and Workers’ Compensation; Employee and
Labor Relations.
The SHRM CA
Learning System program is a “living document” developed by experts
who are certified and current in the HR profession ― meaning the
materials provided reflect the most recent updates in the human
resource industry.

responsible for picking up your Learning System from the SAHRA
office. Opened Learning Systems are not refundable.
